"Rewilding the Enneagram" with Ben Campbell

Workshop Description

We are at a moment in history when our species needs to find a new way forward into the future. It is necessary for us to start making the transition from being a destructive force on this planet to a truly nurturing and generative one, where our species exists in absolute reciprocity with all of life—a transition that will require a lot of creativity and collaboration!

Fortunately, the capacity for Earth stewardship, for relationship with the more-than-human world, is baked into our DNA: 99% of ALL of our ancestors knew how to live in reciprocity with all of life–it is up to us to remember, and to integrate that knowing into our complex modern lives.

The Enneagram can be a powerful tool for this “remembering”–but not so long as we consider it to be separate from nature. The ways we think about the Enneagram have to adapt to include the more-than-human world–not as an idea, or as a pretty backdrop, but as an active agent in our journey of transformation. In this Affiliate Event, join Ben Campbell for an exploration of how we might “rewild” our use of the Enneagram to account for our true nature as beings of the Earth—even in the midst of complex modern life—and learn ways to explore the gifts and challenges of your Type through a nature-based lens.
