Lauren O’Connell is a Russ Hudson Certified Professional Enneagram Teacher who has studied the Enneagram for over thirty years. A former prosecutor, Lauren now devotes much of her time to teaching the Enneagram. She passionately believes working with this insightful framework can help individuals better understand themselves and improve their relationships. Lauren loves working with both those who are just beginning their Enneagram journey as well as those further along the path.
